1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the bi-weekly payment option  (“Plan”) offered by Fade Aesthetics Incorporated (“Fade Aesthetics”). By participating in this Plan, the client (“Client”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Promotion Details

• The Plan involves bi-weekly automatic payments charged directly to the Client’s credit card.
• This Plan is applicable to selected laser skin treatments offered by Fade Aesthetics.

3. Booking and Payments

• A one-time booking or enrollment fee is required to secure the Client’s place in this limited time offer. This fee is non-refundable.
• The Client’s credit card will be automatically charged on a bi-weekly basis for the duration of the treatment plan.
• The Client may request to change the withdrawl dates of the bi-weekly amount by contacting info@fadeaesthetics.ca

4. Cancellation Policy

• The Client may cancel their participation in the Plan at any time.
• Cancellation must be communicated to Fade Aesthetics in writing via email at info@fadeaesthetics.ca
• Upon cancellation, no future payments will be charged. However, any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
• The client may pause the plan one time for a time no greater than 6 months. During this time no treatments will be offered until plan is reactived.
• If cancelled the plan becomes null and void and no further treatments will be offered under the plan. 
• The Client may continue treatment via the One-Time Payment option or the Pay Per Session option.

5. Aesthetician’s Rights

• Fade Aeasthetics retains the right to cancel the plan due to a medical reason or incompatible skin type that prevents safe treatment.
• Fade Aesthetics will refund all payments made by the Client, excluding the non-refundable booking fee if the aesthetician deems The Client inelligible after the first consultation.
